Link MFP food to fitbit

I only want to link my MFP food diary to Fitbit and not adjust any calories. I only figured out that I need to have all options selected as it doesn't work otherwise.
The question is how do I prevent other data from being synched to Fitbit (especially workouts) and how do I prevent any calorie adjustment in MPF?

You can't without paying for MFP Premium. It is all or nothing. You will have to unlink them if you do not want MFP to transfer the Fitbit Calorie adjustment or go Premium.
Also, I am not aware of having "all options selected" as a choice. Where are you seeing the option choices and what are they specifically?0 -
