    Mornin' BBB.

Sulking because I'm not in a warmer clime.

Can't wait to hear about Kelly's trip.

Running a trial simulation with Babe today with our trial club. Got a trial in West Virginia in a couple of weeks.

    Good Morning BBB.
Doing desk work with the windows open again today - we do not miss the weather at home - they got 8 - 10 inches of snow and more expected. We have arranged for snow removal for the open house this Sunday. With traffic through the door we will get it sold - I feel it.
    Lee - enjoy running AB!
Weight loss, voices returning, and snow days seem to be keeping BBB quite busy.
    Do good out there everyone.

Good morning, friends! Raine, can I live there with you? I don't love snow. :( One of my members did point out on Wednesday that not only are we through January, but February is also 1/4 done. That's hopeful!

Speaking of that, next week is our big Valentine's celebration here. I've decided that I'm making orange-marinated flank steak, coconut rice with mandarins, grilled asparagus, bacon-wrapped dates, and a berry salad with mint leaves for dinner. I have yet to decide on dessert, or gifts for the kids. I'll start on their love letters this weekend.

We had quite an afternoon yesterday. I was with friends, and one guy has some health issues and ended up unconscious on the floor. This is the second time it's happened when I was there in the last few months. The first time, I was terrified and thought he was going to die. This time, I assumed it was his blood pressure dropping like before (exact same symptoms), and we called the ambulance but I wasn't as rattled. After they left, we took his car back to his house for his wife. I was still a little shaken up - enough that I couldn't rest in the afternoon like I like to do - but nothing like the first time.

I saw this and thought I'd share. VERY true! When I am shaken up, I want love and kindness and caring and patience and grace to be what spill out. :)

    Lisa you are so inspiring

Generator running power to our hour this am because of a big storm overnight. Clearing off now.

Got in a 5+ mile walk and a kayak around the Bight yesterday. I tipped mine twice but was able to pull myself back in so that bodes well for snorkeling off of them today.

Will need to held to town today for more juice but otherwise I think we plan to stay home on our little cove the rest of today.

    Good morning BBB.

I love the passage, Lisa, especially the part about how those inner feelings are a choice. Too often I see people lash out with anger. Their excuse is that they "have to let it out." "You can't hold it in," they say, with never a thought of why they feel that way in the first place.

    Have fun snorkeling, Steph.

Good luck with the showings, Raine.

Enjoy that time working with Babe, Lee.

Had the grandkids over for the night, so I'll be cooking them breakfast, when thery wake up. I love every second I get to spend with them.
