    @fatbambi2017 and @loopydo2017 Thanks for sharing the term, "hoar frost.' I have seen that term used in English literature, but I have never experienced hearing that term used in the Midwest of the USA.
    My day was very loooooooooooooooooooong!
    Just got home at 11:00 pm
    Calories: just great
    Exercise: intervals of treadmill at 4.2 mph and rowing

    @syrr, yes keep checking in. The winner's circle is one challenge, but continuing through and finishing is also a challenge. And a difficult one at that. Glad you're still here.
