    Yeeeaaah...so...pass. Yep. I mean...it started well with exercise, and even said no to Friday Fives... then hubby wanted wine, and dinner was cheese on toast. Pass day #2 in use.

    Pass day - I had a great hour snowshoeing but got too hungry and ate all the things for dinner. I tracked them all! It was fun. Back on track tomorrow

    Yes x 3. Back indoors for exercise video on YouTube, again. Thankfully, DH joins me on some of them as he did today. I'd much rather exercise with someone than by myself.

    My report:
    Calories: ok by a bit
    Tracking: ok
    Exercise: just an easy walk for 25 minutes.
    I plan to sleep in tomorrow morning and then do more intense cardio/strength work

    I was at the USA Track and Field Championships here in ABQ for several hours yesterday and brought along water and my planned snacks so I could avoid the concessions. Great plan for me that I was able to carry out. Have a three day pass, so I will do the same today!

    Yes x 3, two hours of dancing.
    I ate almost 600 calories of rocky road, but stayed within limits overall. This is becoming a bad habit for me. Once I start eating the ice cream, it's hard to stop. I'm going to have to find a substitute for the sweet cravings. Eating too much ice cream isn't leaving much room for healthy food.
