I'm a little late, I've been under the weather. Hope last week went well. This week may be hard with Valentine's but stay strong.

Good morning all!
I hope you're feeling better, KayJosh!!
This was my first week on this Challenge. You know what they say about slow progress is still progress - I'm going with that this week: I lost .8 lbs. It was quite a tumultuous week as I try to stabilize my diet and activity habits after a number of weeks of being out of control. So I'm happy with any loss!
Here are my stats:
OSW on MFP - 240 lbs
UGW - 140ish
SW for this Challenge - 208.2 lbs.
GW for this Challenge - 198.2 lbs
CW (Feb 14) - 207.4 lbs
Remaining - 9.2 lbs
Btw: Today is the first day of Lent. In a nod to self-improvement, I always like to give up something for the 40 days of Lent. This year, I'm giving up snacking between meals. This has been a big problem for me in recent days (months, years) so I think this will fit in nicely with the remainder of this Challenge (and all future Challenges).
Have a great week, everyone!1 -
Sw(Jan 1st) 229.6 lbs
Week 1- 230.4 lbs
Week 2- 228.6 lbs
Week 3- 228.8 lbs
Week 4- 229.6 lbs
Week 5- 232.4 lbs
Week 6- 237 lbs
I haven't wanted to post my weight the last couple weeks because I've been extremely ashamed. I've been gaining and gaining. I can't seem to control anything in my life, and my weight is showing that.I need to get back on track but I don't seem to know how.
