What is your goal weight? 140-150 lbs
What are the foods you just can't let go of? Gummy bears, Coffee, Jalapeno chips, cheese
What are your fitness goals? I would like to be able to run a mile without walking and take up hiking. I get tired pretty easy so I'm unable to hike like I would want to.
Is there a special occasion you are losing weight for? My birthday vacation
What would you like to accomplish this year regarding your weight loss journey? I would like consistently work out 4 to 5 days a week, get down to my goal weight, and take up Tennis.
