Mornin' BBB.
So happy for baby Nolan. Good to have Sam back regaling about DMIL.
Off with Babe to West Virginia this afternoon. Trial tomorrow. We are running 1st. Yeesh. Hope we set the bar high in the judges eyes.

Yay, Nolan!
Bring your waders, Doc! The soupy rainy cold weather persists in the Mid-Atlantic today and tomorrow.
Giving realtor through Sunday - then firing him. They just don't seem motivated, rather blasé faire. Had another agent come through yesterday with a strategy and excitement that was contagious.
Would you even had noticed an iceberg collision? Haaa!
TGIF!
Happy Day!0 -
Woo hoo it’s Friday.
The family room is pretty much done and I love it!! New couch, rug and tables
Going to have fish and chips tonight yum.
Painting all day tomorrow.
Good luck Lee!!0 -
Good Morning,
Congrats Mary, a loss is a loss; Glad Nolan is better and home!
Hope girls night went great,
In Georgia with exclusive listing if there is not a termination clause in listing that can be used or broker agrees with termination they can claim commission when home sold if in terms of contract. Good Luck.
Looking for great results from you and AB tomorrow.
We continue with record highs for February, 80's; but refusing to turn air on.
Have eye movement now but vision in left still blurred. Trying to decide when to start back at gym to get strength back; maybe today, Monday at latest.
DMIL believes sitting in chair pushing on fingers is only exercise needed. Told DW when they go out and start back to put DMIL out of car at front of subdivision, but DMIL would wave someone down and have them bring her home.
Enjoy the Day,

Good morning.
The food was really good. But, I'm also really cheap. So, there's a delicate balance that must be achieved. Somewhere between Wendy's and Applebee's is about my speed.
We had some First Amendment issues to work through before we could marry, Skip. Some folks took displeasure at our freedom of assembly.
Because I know you're all dying to know... I can now rank the selection of Keurig coffees.
1. Donut Shop regular
2. Starbucks Pike Place
3. Dunkin Donuts regular
693. Green Mountain Fair Trade
Choose your coffee wisely, my friends.1 -
Yeah, heard about the rain. Birds may not fly very well...unless the planters give them rain jackets, they will be soggy birds.
Sam, love your attitude. Keeping you in prayers. So did you ever tell us why you are Sam but really Leonard?
Congrats on loss, Mary. It may not be what you wanted, but its not a gain.
Skip, you are a wonderful person and I love you, but I would not like to have you as a client. I do get your feeling on the situation. Hope you can find a realtor that will jibe with your needs. Too bad my SIL is a realtor in NYC, she would rock your world. Perfect blend of sweetness and go get 'em. Very competitive market in NYC.

Good morning BBB.
Trying to sort out all I need to accomplish before my surgery. I need to make a list.
Had a great time at choir practice last night. Our director has been a music professional for almost 50 years. He brings his wife to the mix, too. She has been a professional pianist and music educator for the same time. Anyway, there was a discussion about how much active participation in music and singing can contribute to good mental health as we age. I know it helps my mental health, right now. Lisa will appreciate what I mean.
DW and I bought and sold three houses before we built our current one. We dealt with five realtors. The first was great; we hated the rest. As Sam said, when we were selling, once we signed with a realtor, we were pretty much locked in, too. My plan is to die in our current house. Don't want to do that listing thing again.

2. Starbucks Pike Place (6.95 a bag)- That's what I've been brewing the last 2 weeks, with some ff half and half (1sp) and a cinnamon stick in there floating around. Try it, it soooo good.
Skip, you are a man of little patience, bet you heard that before. But that's a good thing most of the time, getter done!
Picking up DS2 and gf later this afternoon coming in on their 9.5 hr. nonstop flight Amsterdam to Chicago, then 1.5hr bus Chicago to Milwaukee, and I'll be here to retrieve them.
Birthday breakfast with a gf Sat. morning
Not much on the plan page for the rest of the weekend.
Raining a bit again right now, at no ice storms though.
Sam, hope you keep getting better and better. DMIL keeps it interesting, right?
Tom & I each were married 15yrs to other people for 30 total. This year is our 16th anniv. together and coming on 2yrs in our joint owned homestead. He's not interested to remarry, and Im okay with that, obviously. I think its more fun being his girlfriend
or at my age is it ladyfriend? Actually we are best friends.

How poignantly stated, Mary!

Moi? Impatient? Surely ye, jest

Good morning BBB friends.
- Good luck Babe.
- I agree with others Skip. Check your real estate agreement. You may be locked in for X amount of time. Then again, in the world of real estate selling it hasn't been all that long.
- Kelly, in case I missed it... Happy Anniversary. You have me thinking of that 70s disco classic, "Don't Rock the Boat".
- Lou, I told you that Donut Shop stuff was pretty good. Your next challenge is to find the cheapest cost per cup. I've bought from Amazon, Office Depot, Best Buy (yep), Target...
- Chicken Scallopini last night was excellent. Someone else picked up the tab. I just had to pretend I was interested in their discussion on recent tax law changes.
- Good luck with the surgery Dave.

You all have in my head now "if the van's a rockin don't come knocking"
Darn that dates me
When born parents wanted to name me after maternal grandfather, Costella Leonard Sams; thankfully they did not stick me with Costella so I'm Leonard Sams Ring. As a kid did not like Leonard thought it was as bad as Clararance, a friend of mine. Army had no choice mostly Ring sometimes Leonard. When folks get on facebook and stuff, most do not know Leonard and Sam are one and same, keeps some sign of privacy. When someone calls or sends me something with Samuel I know its junk, scam or trash.1 -
Thanks for the explanation, Sam. Will refrain from calling you Leo.
Me dad wanted to name me Ernest Lee after his dad and older brother who died as a young man. Me mum did not like the name Ernest.0 -

Hi all. Finally headed home from Milwaukee. Had lunch at Lambou field today. Food was excellent.
Long week. I am looking forwards to staying home most if not all of next week.0
