Exercised?: Yes. Over 10,000 steps helping with drone racing.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
FPV Drone Race. Did better than expected, made semi-finals of my division. Finished all races except one. For all the flights I only broke 1 propeller and 1 antenna.
Also helped a brand new pilot get into the air for the first time with FPV goggles (he was about my age). It is very disorienting to fly first time, but he did fine.

Yes x3 but barely. Was not feeling well today so I did not want to do anything but sit around. Forced myself to get up to do some cleaning and body weight exercises. Pretty minimal exercising compared to normal but I was glad to move my body some.5

Yes x 3 by skipping a restaurant meal and coming straight home after hearing a great concert. Did all the barn chores at my daughter's and the hike down and up our hill twice. Living on leftovers for the past couple of days. Looking forward to some"new" dinner tomorrow4

Finally, I enjoyed a relaxed afternoon. I did no work!! Rose will be in Phoenix until the end of April. We will meet in @LoraineGB home town, Las Vegas. Unfortunately, LoraineGB will be out of town most of the time I’m there. We are going to try to connect.

yes x3!! It was a bit touch and go there... thought i ate waaaay too much... luckily my lawns took almost 2 hours to mow, so made up a lot of calories.3

Everything was good on Sunday. I ran, rowed and lifted. I had a row off w ith a Marine and made a new friend in the process. Was invited to be the swimmer in the City of Lakes Triathlon. Its a 750m open water swim. Happy to be invited, but thinking its not part of my personal goal plan.6

No excuses but I had a chronic stomach pain (Center / top) yesterday and spent the day in bed. I had this pain a few weeks ago and it knocks me off my feet, hurts to move and even breathe.
I woke pain free this morning so I’m going to wrap the dogs up (it’s 35 here) and get over the Wetlands for a good, long walk.3 -
It was a wreck! My friend opened a Chinese buffet and I was there to support... so eat a lot more than I should and couldn’t track accurately. Didn’t get to exercise but I did run around with my kiddo for a bit in the house.
Need to learn not to talk myself out. Last night after bedtime story with my son, I was planning to clean up the kitchen... but I sat longer playing on my phone, reading articles one after another, before I knew it, it’s midnight!!! Need to be careful not to slip back in old bad habits.
