    This was my second day of seeing the my young trainer, Emily. She thinks that I am funny, or maybe just weird. Anyway, she is an excellent motivator in that she is trying to determine my fitness level by experimenting with different exercises; cardio circuits; and stretches. She is being careful to work around my accumulation of variables injuries which compromises my ability to safely do a number of exercises.
    Exercise: 36 minutes and 246 calories of effort with Emily cracking the whip
    Tracking: good
    Calories: under by 700+

    Tracking/Calories: not exact, which is what I expected. I don't think I did alot of harm but can't be accurate.

    Yes x 3. No Winners' Circle for me either - not been a good month. @jugar One of the horses in the field next to me keeps turning his nose up at the nice round bale of hay in his field and slipping under his electric fence onto my land to eat my grass. Hope yours are better behaved!

    Got my days mixed up reporting in. One day I forgot to log in and tracks ...but I just eat what I had planned the day before....exercise good...ate what I tracked.
