Our team member, @Ceceev is an amazing athlete! Please go back to the 24th and see her post. She trained for; participated in; and won 2nd place in her swimming event for the Albuquerque, NM, 50+ Olympic qualifiers. She is also in training to compete in the 1500m track event.

Exercised?: Yes. Walk 6km in 47 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Sightly lower pace. Some how I have a stiff/sore knee. Don't know how it came to be. Just if sitting for a while it is uncomfortable to start moving. Hopefully it will clear up in a couple of days.
Will be travelling to for work on Wednesday and Thursday.
@RangerRickL. Only one pass day this month. Consequently will be in circle (again )....
I had a wonderful competition day yesterday. I qualified in the pool for the State 50+ Olympics in July! I have a lot of work to do...also I am working to qualify at 1500m on the track in May...so no slacking for me LOL. What was most amazing to me were these two women who were 82 and 84. They swam all the long distances in the pool...400 and 500 m. They were like the energizer bunny. One lady blew kisses to the audience when she reached the wall! What a great role model for continuing activity as we age...

"drop by drop the bucket gets full" Yeah!!! February is almost done.....Wow O... 2 more days!
I am not in the winner's circle. But I am so glad I stuck to the end of this month. I lost weight.... Yeah.
March is a brand new month... looking forward to it!5 -

I've found little things like this respond better to non-stressful activity than rests. More blood flow to promote healing.1 -

Cold wind indeed, @w8goal4life ! My daughter and I rolled a round bale of hay out into the horses' shelter today and I swear the wind was trying to blow it back!
Made it on all 3 today - barn chores, loading in sacks of grain, rolling that pesky round bale, and hit the TRX. Will sleep well tonight.4 -

Yes x3. The weather finally warmed up a bit so I got outside for a brisk walk.

This was my second day of seeing the my young trainer, Emily. She thinks that I am funny, or maybe just weird. Anyway, she is an excellent motivator in that she is trying to determine my fitness level by experimenting with different exercises; cardio circuits; and stretches. She is being careful to work around my accumulation of variables injuries which compromises my ability to safely do a number of exercises.
Exercise: 36 minutes and 246 calories of effort with Emily cracking the whip

Tracking/Calories: not exact, which is what I expected. I don't think I did alot of harm but can't be accurate.2 -

I only had 2 passes, hopefully I can keep it up and make it in the winners circle. But truth be told, I’m just happy to have gotten back on MFP and feeling motivated to get my health back on track.6 -

Yes x 3. No Winners' Circle for me either - not been a good month. @jugar One of the horses in the field next to me keeps turning his nose up at the nice round bale of hay in his field and slipping under his electric fence onto my land to eat my grass. Hope yours are better behaved!3
