Monthly weigh in/accountability.

I know if I don't weigh in monthly, I will never step on the scales again. I want to be held accountable for my weight and eating habbits.

This is for everyone to choose one day a month to update us on your weight and progress.

Shall we do it at the start of every month or towards the end? Pick your dates and add them below.

Mine will be every 1st of every month to keep me on track. :')

  • 01/02/18 - 15st 4lbs.

    I haven't gained, but haven't lost any from my last weigh in. My goal is by next month to lose another 7lbs, so by the 01/03/18 I'll be a stone lighter. I'll get to buy myself another treat :').

    I’ll do the 1st of the month, too! I’m down 18.4 pounds since the start of m journey in the fall. By March 1, is like to be down another 5 pounds.
