4 showing scheduled today. Open House tomorrow. I have to believe THIS is the weekend.
We had someone "break in" yesterday while just the cleaning ladies were here. They were told to leave - and insisted on staying. Long story, Cops figured out who it was - following up today with a nice visit and notice of trespass. You just can't make this *kitten* up!
Dave hope the recovery continues to go well!

You know, it was a pretty light winter precipitation wise. March is always a bit of a wild card so far as snow is concerned. Loving the snow shoeing.0

Photoshoot was great - the photographer has a great eye and loved the house. She has shot over 1500 houses. Not her first rodeo.
We will be up and listed next week. Tom will get his big a** sign up and here we go!

Lee - low precipitation amounts here too. My friend the weather guru says that this spring will have lots of weather action including tornadoes. Hold on everyone.

Good morning, folks.
I'll be driving down to Springfield tomorrow. I have a couple of employees working for us down there that have gotten no face time since I started.
Springfield is, to use a polite term, a kittenhole. Apparently, my predecessor loathed going down there. It's one of the few things where he and I see eye to eye. Y'all remember my trips to St Louis where I stayed in the same room at the Hampton Inn and had a nice rotation of restaurants and such? Yeah. Springfield turns into a ghost town at 6PM every night and reeks of decay. Hopefully I'll find a reasonably priced chain restaurant somewhere in the burbs.0 -

I put steaks on the grill last night. Pulled pork for dinner tonight.
The 3 men went to a go kart track. The go carts go up to 40mph. We’re to have a late lunch.
Has breakfast with my sis and dad at 7 this am. I’m tired!!!!

Hi all.
Unexpected house guests last night as my dad and sister and family plus an extra nephew used our house as a hotel for the state basketball tournament. They all left pretty early this morning and will go home after. Dad did bring our half side of beef so can finally stop buying supearket steaks.
Springfiels Illinois? We have a store there but I haven't visited yet. The Springfield in Missouri isn't much better IMO. I chose to drive back to KC for the night.0
