Binged hard this weekend. Have no clue why but starting over. Monday was good, as well as today. One meal at a time

Well that was very unexpected! I will definitely take it, and hope it keeps going down. I've managed to control my bingeing (for the most part) this last week. I also found that if I don't eat breakfast until about 10am then I'm less likely to overeat during the rest of the day.
One day at a time. We can do this!
