Well than. It's mostly water weight, I've been slacking on my water, but I've increased again since that number popped up.. I'm changing everything tomorrow. I've been more active since moving. But I need to start eating better as well.0 -

Hi all. I didn’t join this challenge and I never completed the last one. Everything has been a struggle lately. I gained back 25 of the 50 pounds I had lost. The last few weeks I’ve been trying hard to get back on track and I’m down 5 pounds. My little walking buddy tore the ACL in both hind legs last September and it’s been a long road to recovery. We’re going to start walking again slowly to see how he does. But I’m walking on my lunch break again, drinking my water and trying to eat better. I’m going to start logging again too. I’m hoping that there will be another challenge starting in April. I really need to be accountable and I need the motivation and support this group gives. Hope to see everyone in the next challenge.1
