    I’ve logged everyday this week. The good,the bad and ugly. My sugar dragon was kicking bad this week and I let it take control. Thinking of starting a 3 day cleanse I have this week before Easter or save it for the week after. I’m almost thinking it will be easier when the kids will go back from spring break.
    My successes would be getting my workouts in and wearing my Fitbit, keeping track of my steps. I’ve also been getting more water in although I know I’m not hitting my daily goal.

    I logged every day but didn’t log one weird homegroup snack/ meal one day. So I guess 6 days!
    We all got a little sick this week so it’s been a struggle

    I logged 5/7 days this week. Workouts have been spot on but eating well not as good. Starting fresh this week with a new diet! I need a re-boot.

    I guess being out of town I missed this. I logged all 7 days, although we were camping ang I got a stomach bug making it difficult to eat. One night I logged after midnight so I hope it still counts. Glad to know I’m not alone in the struggles.

    I've logged in all 7 days and been under my calorie goal every day, though my motivation for exercise has been a struggle. I got 4 days in last week instead of 5 which is my goal.
