Fitbit syncing problem, temporary solution found.

Hi, my alta doesn't sync with MFP, I've managed to connect both apps through MapMyRun app. Once the all apps are connected, in MFP tab 'steps' you have to change source of steps form 'fitbit' to 'MapMyRun'. MFP will get the steps straight from the MapMyRun app (fitbit syncs well with that app). I hope it will help.

Hmmm I don’t seem to have this option - it only gives me the option for a device - even if I click add device1

Do you use website or app? It usually needs few minutes once you link your accounts to show MapMyRun account (sometimes instead of MMR it shows UnderArmour). If MFP does not show this option, the accounts aren't linked properly.0
