Hi girls. I'm excited to be breastfeeding again. I started stronglifts 5x5 at 8 weeks postpartum. I feel great. I think 3rd time is a charm with exercise, calories and breastfeeding.

Strong lifts is fun. I just had my daughter 5 weeks ago via c section. Just got the ok for light activities. Cant wait to start strong lifts.1 -
I'm loving strong lifts. Although I can tell when I don't get enough calories by my milk supply drop and my lifting weight stalls. I tend to eat more on the weekend and not lift. So when I pump on Mondays I get the most ounces than and always lift more.0
