@w8goal4life I've been coasting for a long time and I've been ok with that. In my biological family, I'm the skinny guy, even though I am not skinny. But by comparison, I'm svelte.

This is my workout evening with the young woman trainer at Anytime Fitness. Emily has been putting me into many new exercises and experiences. I really like her and she is always showing me something new to try.

Took the pups over Duck Creek for a walk. We could only do 3 miles because I had to take Larry to the airport this morning so didn’t get home until 8:30am and it’s getting very hot very quickly now. Dusted off the Shaun T dvd and did the Cardio work out this evening.
I’m having a great start to April but I do have that 3 week trip to England and Scotland coming up …4 -
Yes x 3 - out in the garden with both dogs in the sun. Had put my calorie goal up for Easter, but Tuesday it goes back to "trying to lose weight " mode. I need it. Ended up going out for lunch 3 times, instead of the once we had planned. Lovely, but both my waistline and my wallet are saying enough now!
@RangerRickL and @craigo3154 thanks for your inspiring posts. I really need to give some serious thought to SMART goals, rather than just "lose weight and get fitter".
We have horses back in the adjoining field - they are not the same ones as before, so I'm hoping they stay on their own side of the fence. Almost finished "mucking out" the garden and I don't want to have to start again!5 -
