    Yes x 3. Spinning class at the gym tonight (with good music :p) the instructor is hardcore though. It's down on the timetable as a 60min class but he doesn't include the warm up or cool down time within that 60mins so it's 60 intense minutes. Fitbit has given me 176 active minutes for today. Spent the day with my niece and daughter running around in the park and dancing to an x box or PlayStation game. Hadn't considered it exercise at the time!

    Nutritionally a poor day for choices, but still within calories. Epic fail with a recipe for the rice cooker. Won't try that, again...think I'll revert to my usual habit of eating simple foods and forget the recipes!

    I had a hair appointment (Tool almost 3 hours!!), hubby got stuck at work really late, we both ended up eating out, life happens.

    It is a beautiful photo! It's my attempt at a joke. Tomorrow, you will see photos of the real desert in Phoenix, Arizona. To me the desert has great beauty. I have been amazed at how wonderful I feel when I am properly dressed; carrrying plenty of water; and hiking for miles in the desert. I live in the Midwest of the United States. We receive ample rains and an extended green season. The desert is an amazing contrast to the environment that I call home.

    I too, find great beauty in the desert. I love our terrain and all of the walking trails we have access too. I took the dogs to the Railroad Trail again today
