5 mile hike with the pups, a BoSu and hula hoop workout.
I went with a friend to adopt a puppy today. She’s an 8wk old Maltipoo and adorable. We spent a lot of the day setting up training classes and getting necessary supplies.2 -

Today mostly did not go to plan, so staying on track diet wise was the redeeming feature.3 -

Pass day. I have a painting lesson all afternoon on Thursdays, followed by a glass of wine and apéros with the teacher, her husband and any guests who drop in. Although enjoyable, I also find it quite stressful (I'm not very good!) and so only have the energy to cook and eat supper when I get back. Unless I've managed to exercise before we go, I don't get it done. All I managed today was a brief run around with the dogs, so not enough to count. Lessons finish end of April for the summer, so Thursdays should get back on track then!3

Finally, I had a trifecta day! Yes to tracking, ate what I tracked and also exercised...swam and walked! Hopefully, I will continue to heal my back,. Getting a sports massage on Sunday! Let us hope!3
