April Group weightloss Challenge

For the month of April our goal as a group is 60lbs. So follow along and list your weightloss, and update the group total. Example below

My weigh in day is Friday and I am down 0.7lbs this week.
Not to over share, but my TOM is here so I am hoping that affected my results. I have eaten so clean this week....not even a taste of chocolate over Easter! I also have worked out every day...twice on Monday! But I feel good....and I am not frustrated....well, maybe a little! Haha!2 -

MFP said when I started I should eat 23xx calories. That seemed high to me so I adjusted it to 1800. I try to stick at or below that number. I eat any thing I want. Check out my diary’s if you want. Pizza spaghetti etc. I do not eat salad or almost any veggies. Just don’t like them. I just keep my daily calories under 1800. I don’t try to eat 1800 I just try to stay under some days in 600 under some days I’m 55 under. Doesn’t matter to me. Exercise calories are just that. I don’t eat them back. That seems silly and stupid to me. Weightloss is very simple. Just eat less than you burn a day and you will move in the right direction.1

I weighed in today, I am down to 330 pounds. I had my Dr appointment today. I am down a total of 47 pounds in two months. I am down 8 pounds for the month of April.
