Todays the day, right after a holiday weekend. Who was the genus who planned that? Sorry guys. Lets post our starting weight here ti get us started.

I weigh on Saturday so I’m using March 30th as my starting point.
SW 168.7
GW 1500 -
SW 193
Gw 1830 -
I also usually weigh on a Saturday, so this was 31 March's weight.

I finished the last challenge on 163 at the weekend and am 165 today. TOM always adds a couple of pounds so should balance out eventually.0 -

I was away for a few days so my weight is up about 3 lbs. I expect that will drop off quickly. Having said that, I'm away again this coming weekend. I'm viewing this as my first big challenge rather than my first big excuse!!

I'm going to aim for One-derland! I'm reaching, but it's 31 lbs. An average of 7.75 lbs a month, and with me having a lot of fat to lose, it could very well be attainable. I just need to keep my head focused. Warmer weather is around the corner, and that will help to1 -
