The old barn was built over 110 years ago.
The barn is my favorite place to hang out on a nice summer day. I’d love to have you all come over for a barbecue...in June or July.4 -
@rangerrickL I can't quite see those images which is a shame! i'm sure we would all love to come and hang out in your barn.
So the snow didn't happen, just lots of snuggly rain.
Exercised: Another PT session of weights. He's pretty funny so the 30 mins passes quickly.

At least I am not the only one with snow this morning. I really should not have packed away my turtlenecks. Tonight is PIYO I am sure the massage therapist would not approve. I was supposed to rest for a few days. LOL I rested last night which was hard.

Vietnamese business lunch. More carbs and gluten than I prefer, but its an occasional thing. Still tracked as best I could and still under for the day.
@RangerRickL. We are having unseasonably warm weather here at the moment. Hard to believe it is mid-Autumn (Fall). Should be round 10C (18F) colder that what it has been.2 -

There was talk of some snow showers here this morning but it was just a little rain. My students are calling it sprinter outside. Supposed to have some warm days this weekend! Hoping to get a little garden cleanup done!
Exercise- 30 min video with seated and standing options for each movement. Was able to do about 10 mins of it standing. Allowed to start trying things as long as it doesn’t involve raising my heels off the floor or leaning over my toes. Doesn’t allow for much but it’s something!

@SuzyH how do you log your PIYO I can only find Pilates or yoga or is there a general category you use? All I know is the class kicked my butt I was sweating up a storm definitely worth more than the few Pilates calories I logged.

3 mile dog walk. I think they are getting fed up with just me walking them.
