How was this first week? Are you staying on track? Anyone doing the mini challenge? What's your weigh in day?

This week was difficult. I’ve really upped my walking and my appetite upped along with it. I ate over my calorie goals but I made reasonable choices instead of junk. I’ve been drinking plenty of water but I didn’t make the mini challenge. I found that if I drink that much water early in the morning, I don’t want to eat breakfast. Today was my best walking day so far, 11,659 steps and 4.4 miles. I can tell the walking is paying off because even going over on calories, I still lost 1.5 pounds. Yay me! My goals for this week: continue to log daily, drink water, walk walk walk, and take my vitamins.

Today was weigh in day, glad I lost the 3 I gained over Easter and a little extra.

My lowest was 205 and I freaked out being so close to onderland and sabotaged myself and gained a bunch back. I will not let onederland scare me this time.2 -
I’ve sabotaged myself in the past too. Don’t freak out. We can do this! I have a coworker who just reached her goal weight. She lost 120 pounds by healthy eating and exercise. If she can do it, so can we. Hang in there! I was down to 150 last summer and I gained back 25. I’m determined to get back to 150 by the end of this challenge and 120-125 by the end of the year.2

Really happy with my first week. Have taken on the mini challenge and it is working for me so far - my body is adjusting to waiting that extra few minutes for my coffee fix.2 -
