I forwarded peanuts to my exercise buddy and she laughed and said that if she had to pick she would say I was snoopy. Loads of energy doing my own version. She said no one was wearing enough clothes to be her. She is too funny.

Today is chiropractor day I don't feel too bad. I just have to remember to go.LOL thank goodness she is right around the corner just in case I forget. Have a great day everyone.

Exercize: 1h15 easy run that had nothing easy
    Calories: yes
    Tracked: yes

Geez, running was hard this morning. Probably half of it was having had just 5 hrs of sleep between the last nights swim and this mornings run, when night and morning meet.

Exercised?: Yes. Walk 2.5km in 20 mins (flat - slowed by traffic lights) + more walking (worked in the city today)
    Calories?: Yes
    Tracked?: Yes

Walked to a further train station again to get the exercise.

Half thin crust pizza business lunch. More carbs and gluten again than I prefer, but tomorrow I work from the home office and can be back on my usual schedule.

@RangerRickL. Overall you may need food to fuel movement, but cheerios may not be the best choice :). I won't go into the benefits of fasted exercise, but safe to say, that if weight loss is the goal, there is no need to eat breakfast before doing a morning workout (either cardio or strength).

    Yes X 3.

As a part of the Amazing Race there is a challenge to do a workout called a Fitness Blender. It is for 35'. No exercise is repeated and each is 45" in length with a 20" active rest between. It was pretty tough, but you don't get bored.
