Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I am so proud of you who have reported "I am out of Pass Days but I am going to keep on going!"
That attitude leads to eventual success! Bravo! Well Done!! YOU are a Winner!!
Keep on working on our healthy and thoughtful habits of tracking every bite, lick and morsel; tracking both exercise and intake; and intentionally getting at least 20 minutes per day of exercise.2 -
I'm in San Antonio,Texas all day Friday. I fly back to Chicago after less than 24 hours on the ground. I am going to be very tired.3

Exercize: 15m warm up run/1h-something cross training with coach#2/15m specific strength for swimming/3k swim intervals
Calories: yes
Tracked: yes
I love gym rings, even more than the TRX, todays gym session was all about them. I did stuff I didn't even know I could do.
Lol coach said I looked a bit doubtful when he explained the exercizes, then...doh! I can do this?3 -

Walk again before dinner, yet again dark when I got home.
Weekend tomorrow. Drone race out of town (3 hours drive), so early start. Unfortunately expecting bad weather, so will see what happens.
I would like to support @RangerRickL. comment. I am so proud of you who have reported "I am out of Pass Days but I am going to keep on going!"
This challenge is difficult. Keeping consistent is HARD. The purpose to to try build healthy habits that will support you for the rest of your life. Success is not measured by lack of failure. Success is measured by the persistence to keep going. Only through perseverance can succeed truly be obtained.
Winners circle is an objective for a month. Habits that keep you healthy for a lifetime is the ultimate objective and may take months to achieve (and are well worth the effort).
Keep trying. Keep each day as a new day in which you try do the right thing. Some days you succeed, some days you do not. But NEVER give up trying.
Those who NEVER give up trying are the ones I also am MOST proud of.

I loved seeing this post just now as I was about to post this!
I ran out of "Pass Days" but I plan to continue posting. I've taken this week to get back on track. I haven't been major off track, but did let some old habits sneak back in that created my Pass Days. This week, I stopped and focused on what works best for me on my journey. (1) No processed foods (nothing highly processed), (2) Plan/prep meals at home, (3) No alcohol (for the week). I'm 4 for 4 days with this and feeling sooo much better.
I've continued to exercise this week and my calories are staying in check (though not logged). My weight is also responding well. I will start logging my foods again on Sunday and will look forward to my own personal challenge of staying on top of the second half of April.5 -
Thanks @RangerRickL I'm pressing pause for now for the UAC this month but will keep trying this weekend and post back in Monday. I had a uni assignment deadline last week which took all my time, I have a study weekend today til Sunday (it's a sort of part time course, with 6 uni study weekends a year for 2 years). The days are long and it's a 100 mile round trip. To add to the fun my daughter, who's got a lot better at sleeping recently, was up last night 1am to 4am.zzzzz. So no exercise or tracking for me today but probably under on calories. Bed time now. Have a great weekend all. And my restart is coming on Monday @RangerRickL - thanks!6

Yes x 3 with 70 minute outside walk in village. Thought it best to take advantage of the weather before the cold front sets in. It's at 40F, now but due to go to freezing from midnight and beyond. Weekend forecast does not make me smile.2

What a day! Helped my son move out of his apartment to come back home after his year at uni, and now I'll be staying in Montreal for a few days. Tracked, stayed within calories (even though some were not my usual fare) and avoided transport in favour of walking everywhere - at least 90 minutes total.4
