    7/7 days. I watched a YouTube video of some dude eating 10,000 calories and then burning them. He was trying to demonstrate what it takes to outtrain a bad diet. It inspired me not to eat 10,000 calories.

    I plan to start cleaning up things around the house like our boat so I get to go use it...and I did! We went out on the river and I got to water ski!
