Hi there!

I gained weight over the last 2 years with some health issues and stress. I'm getting married in August and I have what I consider to be a significant amount of weight I'd like to lose). More than the number though, I'd really like to become fit and strong. For a long time all I really did was some cardio and yoga. I am just getting into MFP and trying to amp up my fitness routines with some resistance training. I'm looking for gal pals to help me stay accountable with logging my food and activity and to share goals and achievements.

Hope your journeys are going well so far! What are your goals?
