Do you need to know what group we are doing? Like a or b? Or does that matter you can choose what ever you want for the different challenges?1
-
@stephaniejones1055 It doesn't matter. If you'd like to say you can but as long as you do one of the options0
-
The spreadsheet says view only
I completed my diary today under calorie goal, tracked my food, did over 30 mins of exercise, And drank my water1 -
@stephaniejones1055 I'll change it. Thanks0
-
@stephaniejones1055 it should be editable now.1
-
Where do we put our points? Is there a slot for this on the spreadsheet? By the way that was a great podcast! I learned so much and then spent a hour Googling up stuff Like the 27 club. Very interesting.1
-
@happykat5 there is a link to the spreadsheet at the bottom of the post. You can also post here and I can update it.
Glad you enjoyed it0 -
@mrsjhardin Ah, I see it now!1
-
I chose option A for Challenge 1. I listened to Robert Johnson’ “Sweet Home Chicago”1
-
@HappyKat5 nice choice. I added your points for the listening room post as well. Thanks for participating!0

The Robert Johnson podcast was awesome will there be something similar to that every week it was so interesting.1
-
Challenge #1 - My granddaughter and I danced to Milkcow's Calf Blues, the version by Eric Clapton on his album "Me and Mr. Johnson"1
-
Challenge #2 - I walked just over 45,000 steps so far this week and had two 10,000+ days.2
-
Challenge #3 - I'm lagging with the water. No 8 cup days for me. Just one 7 cup day and all the rest 6 cup days so far.1
-
@1theresamcvean I struggle with water myself. I found a 40 ounce bottle1
-
@stephaniejones1055 I'm glad you enjoyed it. I will try to work something in each week. It just depends on the theme/genre.0
-
I listen to Home Free’s version. Pretty neat it was like country mixed in with a Barber Shop quartet. Very neat to listen to and my daughter enjoyed it as well. I replaced challenge #3. I have a total gastrectomy and I can’t drink water.1
-
@happykat5 They are certainly interesting0
