Public holiday today so went flying in the afternoon. Good weather, but likely the last gasp before Winter starts to set in.
Walk before dinner, right on dusk again.

Heh, went out climbing. Only got 1,000 feet or so but I got some PRs. I love that. Realistically, when I am out in new territory or some place I don't frequent all that much, I am going to get PRs. Know what I mean? First few times you do a track you are going to get PRs. But hey I like them and I will take them.
Trying to figure out which Mr. Wizard to trust for the exercise calorie estimate. I guess I will take the lowest. That be 450 or so. On the way down took an exploratory short cut. Cactus everywhere. Almost sat on one. I wonder what that would be like at urgent care. I ain't going to do that track again.
I think I can climb that thousand even faster. I am going to try again tomorrow.
Today's hitch was that I stopped. I couldn't figure out how to start again it was kind of steep.
I had to walk up to a place where the road was wide enough to do a 180. So I start pointing down and then swing around and pedal on up.
I bet I get a new PR if I skip all of that and just pedal on through.
Saved enough energy to go see Buddy. Fed him his lunch.
That little guy's laughter sustains me.

Checking out for the evening. Yes x 3 with20 minutes Leslie Sansone. Emptied a 4 drawer file cabinet and filled two 2 drawer file cabinets. Don't think that counts as exercise...but it was exhausting nonetheless. I think I need a nap!2

Went over on calories today - party! But good workout and tracked it all. My daughter will be leaving in a few days for army duty to the G7 summit here in Canada. It isn't until the first week of June but they are preparing starting on May 1st. Part of the party involved pushups so it wasn't so bad, right?2

Got to go out with my wife at a nice Italian Restaurant in Phoenix. I had the seafood fradiavolo. Delightful!

Forgot to post last night - busy playing catch-up from being out yesterday.
Exercise - 40 mins arms and legs and Fitbit registered my running around like a crazy person doing lab set up at another 20. It was a CRAZY day at school yesterday.
Calories - under by a good bit even with a little ice cream.
