Adding in my modest weight loss for April to push the group nearer to 100 lbs lost and looking forward to May's challenge.

@Dad4Myla I am right there with you. We had been burning it away very quickly and now for the last 3 weeks or so it seems so minimal. Kinda discouraging to me to do all that work all week for 1 lb, but I just try to tell myself to stick with it and it will fall off.
You gonna come up with a challenge for in May? I hope so!! It encourages me as I’m sure it does others!2 -
I would love a new challenge for May as well! I was originally thinking of 100lbsin a month, but it looks like we might do that this month. I would be happy to do another group loss challenge again. Count me in!0

I had been avoiding this thread because I was "on a break" - I went on vacation and stopped watching what I ate a couple days before and for a few days when I got back as well as no counting on vacation and I paid the price. I had a gain of 8. I didn't want to post until that gain was gone. As of yesterday it was (hooray!!) but I went up almost 2 today (daily weigher). I must have had too much sodium the last couple of days because I have been under my calorie goal.
So I decided to own it here, apologize for "taking away" the pound I had contributed in week 1, and move on.
Ready for the May challenge now.1 -
@mzcara148 Don't apologize.We are all human. You are doing so good. It's awesome that you see where your problems are and you are working on them. Just look back at your progress from day one. You have come a long way from that day. Be proud of your determination and victories. I am sure proud of you!!!!2
