Select a nutrition themed goal that you could potentially meet for the 6 days. You can pick anything (within reason) but remember it is a CHALLENGE so pick something that challenges you. Post what you are choosing *must post your goal for points to count*
Examples:
1. I will eat at least two servings of fruits/veggies daily.
2. I will not drink carbonated drinks.
3. I will eat less than 50g of carbs a day
4. I will not eat candy
5. I will eat at least ___g of protein a day
1 point for every day that you meet the daily goal!
In addition to the challenges you'll get
1 points for every day you get at least 30 minutes of exercise
2 points for every day you get over 30 minutes of exercise
2 points for every day you track your calories
Bonus points:
5 points if you get over 6 hours of exercise
5 points if you track at least 6 days and stay under your caloric goals
Optional 2 pts per challenge
Complete any of the alternative challenges and post which one(s) you completed on this thread

It's an hour so I didn't want to make it a challenge but if you walk/jog/run or workout to it you can also count that toward your exercise points

Challenge #1: Did both Option A and B (only have to do one though )
Challenge #2 Did Option A and B (another challenge has a goal of 100 minutes a day so I used this to help bump me closer to goal)
For Option A I did a low impact cardioboxing workout https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D1pDHRweBXk
For Option B I did a combo of dancing, jogging in place, walking in place, and some calisthenics

- I did option A and B - option B was more my speed
Challenge #2 - complete
-I did option B to get some new music into my day. I did a variety of strength and flex training.

So for Challenge #3, I really thought about it. A lil backstory. I'm working on a school committee with someone at school this week and she really pissed me off via an email on Sunday. She wrote IN CAPS (yeah...) about how an idea of mine was RIDICULOUS. Mind you the email was CC'd and BCC'd to about 20 people. After, I politely said that it would help our money balance, she went quiet. I decided that I wasn't going to let her stress me out. I know a lot of my health issues can be triggered by stress. She is not worth me feeling sick or eat things just because I think the taste would make me feel better. Well, today is Friday, I have seen her for 5 days and I just smile and move about my business. I made it. So, that was my challenge. Be mindful of MYSELF and not let others negatively get put on me.0

@zindroth. You get 8 points for having 4 days over 31 minutes plus an extra 4 (since its also over 30). I made it too complicated. If we do another round. I'll make it easier.0
