Which exercise to use for tracking?

I use weight machines at the gym as part of my routine. Should I be using "workout" or "weights" to track on a Charge 2?

Weights, if it's sets and 5-15 reps and rests 2-4 min.
For that and couple other devices, calorie burn is then based not on HR which is wrong and would be inflated, but rather what the database entry would come up with which is about as accurate as you'll get.0 -
