So when I first stepped on the scale 4/2 first day had not weighed myself in a long while. I weighed 250 that is 20 pounds more then I thought. I am now 235 that is 5 pounds to my start weight lol. then my next goal is 200 that is the weight I was when I met my husband. Then just keep going down from there. I am excited that I got my first month down and ready to keep going. Thank you @mrsjhardin you are a great motivator.1
