Group Challenge is 2,400 minutes of exercise. That’s equivalent to 1 full work week of 40 hours. As a group we can surely log 40 hrs of workouts.
Post how long your workout was and how many minutes we are down to. (Example only I did 30 minutes. 2,370 minutes to go!)

Question- does it matter if it’s logged as exercise on MFP? For example if I’m on the treadmill I let my Fitbit pick it up and don’t log it on MFP.0

Doesn’t matter, a workout is a workout regardless0

does it have to be a gym style workout? For instance: yesterday, I push-mowed my yard for an hour, then spent another hour digging post holes, which was certainly a strength work out - that 6 ft long, 10 lb breaker bar is heavy!0

Thank you, @Dad4Myla. This sounds definitely challenging.
I just revised my goal profile to include 15 minutes of exercise / day. I hadn't yet done that until your challenge. I'm committing to including a 15 minute after dinner walk every day, in addition to the walking I do for my job. I'm going to use the activity minutes my FitBit Zip tells me I've accumulated in sustained activity for the day. It's the more honest of what I actually do versus what I think I've done.1 -
Exercise minutes will include anything that elevates your heart rate that you wouldn’t do every day because you half to. So if today you push mowed then yes count it, but if you push mow a lawn everyday for work then no.1

@tammyfranks2 I only got in 10 minutes of walking yesterday. Wasn't going to do any, but got off the couch and walked to the end of the street and back, so you are not alone!
