    Hey Fam, I realized I hadn't posted in a while...AGAIN...and felt guilty. But then i logged on and found that I'm not alone. Sorry i have been so inconsistent with posting, life has just been crazy over here. Some good and some bad, but i won't get into all of that.

    I have been working out consistently and got my wife involved in doing the Whole 30 with me. She usually eats pretty well but has never really had any trouble with her weight so she can kind of just eat whatever she wants. Well now after having two kids and wanting to look good for our five year anniversary this summer, she is all kinds of motivated. This has made the nutrition side A LOT easier for me this time around. I am down 15 pounds and counting. I weigh 213.4 and this is the lowest that I have been since probably 2014 or 2015!!! We are just over 30 days into our nutrition and i had my first beer over the weekend since we started.
    Today we are back on the straight and narrow nutritionally speaking. Workouts have been great and i have been extremely consistent with them. The last 30 days i did T25, i really like the program but have been missing weight training so this morning i did P90X Chest & Back and am going to mix in the weight training 3 days a week with T25 workouts 3 days as well.

    I hope you guys are doing well! I hope you know that even though i am not posting much i think about you guys all the time and follow those of you that are on social media regularly.
