    Exercise: been on my feet all day shopping for a pageant dress for my daughter's first pageant. Found the perfect dress by the way! Not sure how many steps because I forgot my *fake* bit at home but I'm sure it was alot.

    Yes x3 today. Still too many snacks and not enough veggies, but within calories. Upper body strength and a short run.
