This is going to be the hardest as I have been using food to relieve stress

    Hi Mighty! I'm not quite 60, but have the same goals (keeping up with my grandkids). I always said I was doing my elbow-bending exercise when I over indulged, I like your suggestion to build my eating-resistance muscle. Keeping fingers from mouth!

    Hi guys! I am Joyce, I am on Day 15, which is the first day of adding an actual Diet. My Diet plan is Paleo 30 day Clean eating and my back up is MFP calories. So far my day has gone well, but I know that evening is my breaking down. Plan is to #1 stay busy until at least 7:30 PM and then to snack only on my preplanned foods. I am making strawberry banana "ice cream".
