Here are two photos of beautiful rhodededrum (sp) trees in Portland, Oregon. This is a very rainy climate near the coast of the Pacific Ocean. The vegetation is lush3 -

The weather is a bit mixed here today, like it can't decide if it wants to rain, sunshine or just blow a gale, lol.
Been on a 3 hour bike ride this morning, no destination, just riding and trying new trails and enjoying the scenery. And a doggie walk of course - mixed terrain/hills.

@Lil_Heather - Hope your knee soon gets better. I'm suffering from fluid retention in the right knee - geez is it painful! Cycling isn' t too bad as long as I don't push too hard up hill, but running is so painful. Hope a good soak helps sweetie.
@aganey - I can totally relate to how much work goes in to sorting out the kids rooms! Hope today went well! Have a nice relaxing Sunday.

Yes.. More intense workout today, had the extra time. Cardio 25 min. Full body circuits 30 min.

Today I spent some time at the beach. I live in Florida and have the luxury of being 10 min. away. I try to get there often, especially in the mornings and evenings when all the ocean wildlife are out.

Spent a quiet day on the sofa grading papers and working on school stuff while playing through the HP movies in the background. Had to work to stay under without all the extra calories I usually earn running errands and cleaning on a saturday.

Exercise? Yes, 1 hour walk, 30 minutes low impact aerobics with my friend, Gilad, and 3 minutes stretches.
Calories? Only 3 left...Had to eat light most of the day as I intended to use many calories with dessert tonight which was my first homemade strawberry rhubarb pie of the season. It was delicious, if I do say so! I sent the rest home with good friends so I wouldn't be tempted to eat another piece later in the evening!

NSV - I took 15 pair of dress slacks to the thrift store today which I under..grew. They've been hanging in the closet for a couple of years, and just decided today to send them elsewhere. Hope it won't bring bad luck...but they've been in my closet long enough!5 -

Yes x3. Time was short today and I needed to fit in my workout, so I did it at the park while the kids played. 25 minutes of sprinting and various body weight exercises. Also got out this evening to hit some softballs with my daughter and brother. So much fun! I’m sure I’m going to have sore muscles tomorrow from not being used to that swinging motion!4

Yes!! 78 minute hike, almost at 440 ft elevation. Felt great!!

Yes!!!!! 1st day of 3. Very pleased- the exercise helps & I am keeping a positive attitude!
