Hey everyone! You know what to do!
This is the home stretch and I wanted to do something to help motivate you all (and myself)
So...DOUBLE points available if you finish your food log 6 days this next week! AND another bonus point if you spend time catching up with your accountability partner. At this point, I know some of you may have lost touch. It’s okay if the person you encourage is not in this challenge, but rather someone in your life who you would consider an accountability partner :)

    5 days last week logging food and three days at Cross Fit! May be the end of challenge, but I’m still feeling like I’m just getting started. I went to a women’s retreat over the weekend and had no internet to log in, but I did get some serious spiritual nutrition and exercise in courage.

    I was on vacay! So didn’t log but didn’t do too bad. Just weighed myself and i didn’t gain haha so that’s good
