I was stranded in the Portland, Oregon airport and nearby hotel for the last two days. I got home pretty late last night. I'll belatedly do my personal report for the 15th.

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5km in 37mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Better pace today no than yesterday. I think more rest helped.
Daughters first performance in the school musical tomorrow night. They are performing "Into the Woods" (the full Sondheim musical, Acts 1 and 2). They do 4 performances (Thursday, Friday, Saturday matinee and Saturday night). My daughter will be wiped by Sunday.

Beautiful walk this morning with DH on the Big Bend section of the Lehigh Valley Trail. The Lehigh Valley Trail is the linear trail developed when the old Lehigh Valley Railroad tracks were removed. The trail in our area has been re-purposed for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding. There is a combination of marshland, meadow, woodland, creek, etc. Come walk with me for a minute!

@craigo3154 - Glad the rest is helping. I have been feeling exhausted these past few days myself, I seem to have good spurts of energy, then a few days where I am physically exhausted - very strange. I hope you start to feel more like yourself after some more rest.

It was a long day yesterday and I'm feeling so tired lately it's been tough to keep myself motivated today.
No run this morning, but went for a 90mins doggie walk, and a short bike ride this evening for a hour and a half, fed the ducks and baby geese near the lake where I cycle to in the evenings.

My report for yesterday:
Despite the travel distractions and attractions, I was able to keep my calories below the limit (for dinner on the flight, I had purchased a bag of salted almonds. I found that satisfying. I had eaten restaurant food for both breakfast and lunch).
Calories: I had plenty of time for airport walking. It's easy if you try
Tracking: ok2 -
My report for today:
After all those days away from home, it was easy to eat very modestly. I was under my limit by quite a big margin.
Weight was unchanged after 5 days of traveling too.

Exercise: 75 minutes of trail riding on the new horse (old horse just new to our barn and farm)
