    Exercised?: Yes. Setup and pack up of drone track + 3km walk in hills.
    Calories?: Yes

    Also FPV drone race competition today. Flew OK. Only one mistake in a heat and it was enough to not make finals, but happy with how I flew. Beat my estimated time for the track. Also has a bad draw of pilots that I was in heats against, but that is just that way things go.

    Wife, daughter and mother-in-law not home from musical tonight. Expecting daughter to be VERY tired tomorrow after 4 performances in 3 days. So a "rest" day planned.

    Fly interstate for work on Monday, so will also need the quiet time.

    Been cycling today to Thoresby Hall, it's a bit too late now to post photos, so will try to add them to tomorrow's post instead.

    44 miles of cycling plus 10 miles of walking, so it's been a full day today.

    There was a military reenactment on at the Hall, ranging from the crusades to present day, all very entertaining.

    Calories burnt:- 1475
    Calories consumed:- 1651/1590 - still well over 1000 calories free from exercise.

    Exercise? Yes...85 minutes walking with my boyfriend in the village today. It's nice he is willing to accompany me.
    Calories? Yes...within my allowance for today.
    Logged? Yes, everything including my evening snack.

    We have one granddaughter who enjoys playing soccer on a travel team. Her game today was local at RIT. While it was drizzle and light rain, we dressed appropriately and enjoyed watching her play. Teams were pretty evenly matched with the score ending 0-0. Just one goal would have been nice...next time :) .

    Yes 3x. I’m in Santa Cruz/Capitola this weekend with my husband. He’s here for work & I was able to join him for the weekend. We walked/climbed the Davenport Dunes/cliffs. Strong winds and chilly but oh so fun!

    I’ve been doing but not been posting, it got on top of me for a while there. Clear to say I am out of the winners circle but that’s nothing new, I think I’ve only been in it once or twice since I started :D

    The weather has really started to ramp up here and it’s been in the 90’s every day. We’ve started to walk the dogs early and it’s reduced my ability to walk later in the day and evening but I will just have to find an alternative. Glad to be back!

    May 19–Pass Day # 2
    Unplanned pass day—working 12 hours and didn’t get in my 20 minutes of exercise. Today is another 12 hour shift and I’m going to have to find a way to fit that in.
