Interstate and coping with the difficulties of finding low gluten food while travelling. Bought some of my own supplies, but they will only barely last.
Tired now and need some sleep as it was an early start.

Exercise yes 120 min cleaning, cannot get on you tube to do the usual routine, aaaah, something to do with Google gone down? Anyone else in same sinking boat?

Still a bit achy after the mammoth bike ride on Saturday, lol and Sunday's walk, so no run today.
Walked my woofie this morning before it got too hot for her, then got stuck into some much needed housework and garden maintenance.
Just got back from a short bike ride tonight, fed the birds and their babies - there's a new batch of baby geese too.
Waiting on the swan to have her's, she's been nesting for a while now, so I'd imagine they will be making an appearance any day now.

Yes, unfortunately, they turned the Hall into a glorified hotel and spa, only those staying there can have access to it, but you can enjoy the grounds and gardens still.
My first time there, so wasn't sure what to expect, but the event made it worth the trip either way.
Managed 11 miles today, so not a bad day all round.

Way too early for me to be saying anything about my spectacular dietary discipline. But I am sitting at my console kind of mesmerized by a beauty day.
I exercised. Got one and a half hill repeats up that hill. So that is like 1600 of climbing if I round up.
NSV - got an unambiguous compliment at the trailhead parking. Try and keep it from going to my head. Heh!
Went to school to have lunch with Buddy. I invented a new variation of peanut butter and jelly sandwich for him. I opened it up and put his little fruit snacks in it. They are like gummy bears but it says fruit on them so parents think they are getting something healthy for their kids. But yeah, peanut butter, jelly and gummy bear sandwich. He gobbled it voraciously.
I cajole him to drink water. That is a big deal. I think my little Buddy is sensitive to hydration.
I get him to drink. I pour water out of a bottle into his cup while he is watching. He sees it. It motivates him. C'mon Buddy. Eating peanut butter, you got to want water.
I got him to drink a satisfactory amount.
He is my Buddy. Sometimes we just stop and look at each other and laugh. You know how that is.
Recess. C'mon buddy let's go get some recess. He kind of doesn't want to. He is pulling to go back in. I cajole him out to the playground patch where there is a class of kids just out blowing bubbles. School is out for the year in two days. Blowing bubbles, sometimes that is how that goes.
Me and Buddy are out there in the middle of all that. I tell him, can you see them bubbles? Can you see them? Those kids and that teacher are totally motivated to perform for me and Buddy. They are waving their bubble wands and blowing their bubbles and attempting to surround us with bubbles.
Buddy looks up at me his face smiling, smiling, smiling.
After that we go to the monkey bars. Buddy can't exactly do monkey bars. But we like sitting in the sand right under them. Kindergarten kids are all around us climbing and swinging. It is a cacophony. We are just sitting right under it.
Teachers and kids kind of gravitate to us. It is inexplicable. Heh, can';t elaborate on that.
Whistle blows. Time to go in.
We don't exactly got to rush back.
We say hi to our pals on the way back.
Kids that have been at lunch table with us but got promoted to regular ed.
We say hi to them.
There ain't no kids on that playground that has a disdain for us.
There was a while ago but we pushed them through it.5 -

No pics today...the Lehigh Valley Trail today would have looked pretty much the same as a couple days ago. We did walk a different section of the trail, though.1 -

Went for a much needed walk over The Wetlands, we haven’t done it for a while with all the travelling. We also went with a friend and his dog Ruby, she’s a 4lb ChiPoo. She did great and loved keeping up with the big dogs
We saw three Ibis hanging out, I only managed to get two in the picture

Went around with a postit note stuck to my phone for logging purposes because our internet was down most of yesterday. Back up this morning and I now get why I was so extra hungry! I thought I would be over but I wasn’t. My crazy day at work registered as an extra workout! Multiple staff out due to a stomach bug going around. Usually, that means we have a proportionate amount of kids out. Not this time. I disinfected everything I could in my room yesterday. Think I should buy stock in Purrell wipes.1 -

Thank you all for the accountability, this group is what keeps me going! The 20 minute exercise requirement just small enough to get me to agree to exercise, whereas was not exercising at all before May! I feel so much better this month!
