    Well yesterday I went for my massage therapy. She said I would feel like someone beat the daylights out of me as she had a rough time getting my body to cooperate. My body just needs to give a little. My mind is all in my body is fighting me all the way. Time to get moving we have a meeting today.

    Walked the dogs at 3am before hitting the road to Mesa, AZ at 4am. Had a great day playing chicken foot dominoes with new friends.
