In the USA, it’s a standard joke that donut shops are magnets for police officers. On my way to the airport, I stopped for gas and this is what I saw at a Dunkin Donuts. You see 2 Chicago police cars, but I could see 3 more!

Racing quads again today. Fixed the broken one. Took till 2am, so this is why no post yesterday.
Out early before I could get breakfast, then was out all day. Was 1,600 calories off daily requirement by dinner and no way I could eat that much in one sitting.
So well under on food again today (sigh).
Fortunately my wife seems to be over her illness from last week now.
By her own idea, my wife has entered into a 30 day Keto challenge on a facebook. I fully support her on this as it may help manage with her type 2. She has had good results with low-carb diets in the past. Atkins has also helped her. Here's hoping she can stick with it to help get her down from >32 BMI (>30 is classified as obese - <25 is classified as normal in - I am round 21).

Early flight interstate for work. Exercise and diet has gone all to hell. Doing what I can as I can, but still not ideal (or comfortable). Need to change hotels again in the morning.
Last weeks travel and the weekend has left me well short on calories and it's starting to turn up on the scale. But eating things that I know do not make me feel good healthy seems counter productive.
Only a little short on calories today, but not enough of what my wife classifies as "real" food.

Sorry I wasn't here on the 1st June to welcome our newcomers to June's UAC - and to our regulars as well - Good luck to everyone this month.
It's been crazy busy here - Friday, I participated in a charity walk, Saturday I totally lost the plot so I decided to just post a pass day and Sunday I cycled over 30 miles and walked almost 10 as well, so was totally shattered come evening!
Today as been much easier, just a 3K run this morning then a 3K run tonight and not much of anything else in between other than a food shop and catching up on some much needed housework, lol.
I will catch up on missed posts tomorrow! @craigo3154 - glad to hear your wife is feeling better. Good luck to her with the new diet...x6 -

Exercised: yes I emptied all my kitchen cupboards, cleaned them out and put it all back I'm recovering from a sprained knee so this was definitely a workout.

Felt great today - got all things done and pushing myself day-by-day to meet these basic goals. This is giving me a well-need boost! I am feeling a lot more positive about my journey for this month. ... just taking it one day at a time.3 -

Last night I tried to make homemade keto protein baked foods for the week to easily grab. Did not work as planned. Ended up throwing 3 batches away as they were inedible. I am determined to find good recipes. I'll get there. I cracked myself up a bit with it2 -

Today I had planned to do all the carpets in the house. World was against me and it rained all day I could barely vacuum with the dog let alone try and do the carpets. Hopefully the end of the week it will be nice out and I can put some one outside and get it all done.
My daughter looks happy in San Diego. Which puts me at ease. My sister's neighbors are considering selling their home. Hopefully it will be in my sister's price range as she loves it and it has an in law set up for my parents when they are ready to move.
Tomorrow my dad is popping over to help me with a closet. There were just way too many things at the hardware store. Improvising I am great at measuring not so much. This job needs more detail so I will have to rely on my dad and then if we screw up improvise. LOL
