Some days it’s challenging to find something to post. Last night, I had dinner at a sandwich shop called Egbert and Gerbert’s. The place is named for characters in children’s stories written by the owners of the sandwich shop. A bit unusual but interesting. Read the wall sign in their shop.7 -

I am feeling pretty happy. It looks like my sister is going to put a bid on the house down the street from her that has an apartment above the garage. So in a few years if my parents want they can move down to my sister's. I feel like a huge weight is being lifted off me. They may never move but there's an option.8

@2020pinktogo that’s great news! I completely understand how you feel. Last year my sister bought a house and converted a section to be a separate apartment for our parents. Unfortunately, just one month after they moved in with my sister, we lost my dad. It’s a comfort knowing my mom is not alone.

Loving the daily pictures! haha ... a nice treat to start my day

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES ✅ ... even with that afternoon croissant!
Thanks to this challenge, I logged that croissant that I wanted to pretend I didn't eat. But I managed it within my calories goal ... and I did include a bigger portion of my fitbit allowance than I normally do, but being more active this month has made me more hungry! So I guess it's that balance.
I am actually looking forward to my weight in day this week. I feel I am going to see results!3 -
It was awesome watching the seniors graduate today! So proud of them for making it through to graduation and overcoming the challenges that brought them to our school. One of those days that makes all the hard work worth it.

I've been doing a lot of exercise and food planning since it's birthday week here for family and am going out of town. Bringing a big cooler to try to cut down on restaurants.4 -
Yes to all 3 today. I probably have more “exercise” than I tracked as today is “Mama Day”.... it’s when my teenage sons and I go on adventures in the summer. Today it was a picnic at the lake complete with swimming, walking around, playing catch with the football, and other shenanigans that occur with two teenage boys. This happens every summer around here on Wednesday. Only a few summers left before the “baby” heads off to college and this tradition ends.2

Diana is one of my law partners. We are very proud of her.
Meanwhile, I flew from cool Minnesota to 100 degrees Fahrenheit in Dallas, Texas.
I did okay today.
Exercise: 44 minutes of walking. Not nearly as great as my good friend, @trixsey1 I am proud of you too, Trixsey!

It was such a gorgeous morning for a hike. It was a little hazy up at the summit, but I still got a few good photos.
The topography changed quite a bit—lush, mossy, green. Then a bit barren, with skinny trees. Finally, it became lush again. There were a few peekaboo views of the Cascade Mountains! I love the mountains!

Yes x3 today. Nice long walk with my youngest in the stroller. She’s going to be 5 this summer, not a baby anymore! But it’s still handy that she enjoys the stroller so we can walk at my pace.

Exercise was the strength challenge at gym. Deadlift day and the doms from Mondays squats was very vocal but I got through the session. I keep reminding myself it is just the muscles growing stronger!
Calories was close. I should have avoided the third cookie but I came in at the upper limit I set myself so it's OK.
Everything logged including all 3 cookies.
Frustrating day at work when I discovered my intern needs a serious warning regarding some unacceptable behaviour. He is off sick so gotta wait till he is back to deal with it too.
But my friends had their baby and I'm so excited for them!!!2 -
