3x yes! 45 min yoga, 3 Kcal under and tracked everything. Every Thursday I get my imperfect produce box. All organic fruits and vegetables that are either too ugly or surplus and therefore can’t be sold. It also had a lettuce and collard greens.7 -

Exercise? Yes, 70 minute walk, vacuuming and painting in the basement. One more wall to go! TOMORROW! This has been an on and off weather contingent project for the past year as hydrostatic pressure had bowed our back basement wall over a period of 35 years. The wall was excavated to the footers a year ago, rebuilt with improved drainage which then required interior and exterior repair to get everything back into shape. Not a project I'd want to repeat as we also had to disassemble our patio, removing all the pavers and then rebuilding once the wall was complete.
Calories? Yes...although I have no extras tonight for an evening snack so kitchen is closed, again.

On Tuesday, I took my last antibiotic capsule. Today was the first day that I went for a very fast 30 minute walk. I did okay!

Tomorrow, I intend to go out early and repeat today’s pace.
My workshop ends at 2:30 pm and then I travel back to Chicago. It will be another very long day5 -

Short exercise today. Getting ready to go out of town. The trip will be full of walking at least 15 to 20 miles per day so I will burn plenty of calories.1 -

Feeling great ,,, my first week of June has been a big success ... hoping to get in a lot of swimming this weekend.

Didn't get round to posting last night, so thought I'd squeeze this post in here.
Managed 30,554 steps yesterday, and 12½ of miles of walking/jogging. Also cycled 10 miles on an evening bike ride, went to feed the swans and birds again.
Calories were so low yesterday MFP wouldn't log them in (just shy of 1000) - not by choice, I was just out all day and didn't get back to civilization until late, lol.
