Didn't get round to posting last night, so thought I'd squeeze this post in here.
Managed 30,554 steps yesterday, and 12½ of miles of walking/jogging. Also cycled 10 miles on an evening bike ride, went to feed the swans and birds again.
Calories were so low yesterday MFP wouldn't log them in (just shy of 1000) - not by choice, I was just out all day and didn't get back to civilization until late, lol.
