After having 13,979 steps because of work last night my knee is bothering me so today I'm having a chill day on exercise.
I will take a pass.
I have pre-tracked everything and I'm below my calorie limit.
I have tracked everything4 -
I walked to and from the shops for a few groceries and to and from the club for some Jiu Jitsu. Only did one round because I based on my right foot and turned. My ankle was very unhappy about this and I stopped rolling before I made it worse. It's nearly 3 weeks and I still can't do any inpact or twisting motions. Tomorrow is gym and yoga so I can alter exercises where needed before my next rehab session on Tuesday to decide the next step.
Good food choices for enough of the options to ensure I was under calories. Checked on my garmin and it has my daily non exercise energy expenditure at around 1800, so with training I'm definitely under on the vast majority of days.

Good flying again today. Technical track and almost zero crashes. Definitely improving.
Out for Japanese dinner with family.
Very tired and went to bed early.
@RangerRickL. The pic of snoopy sleeping feels somehow appropriate.
This is good time to remind everyone how important it is to get enough sleep. It helps enormously with health management.6 -

Exercise? Yes...thankfully not home maintenance today, but rather a 30 minute walk and 30 minutes low impact aerobics. Spent some of the day today watching our granddaughter play at a travel league soccer game. At least I didn't have to run as hard as she did!
Calories? Yes...within allowance although nutritional choices were poor today. It was a McD's Happy Meal for lunch today . Will put my shades on so no one will recognize me!
Tracked? Yes, everything logged.2 -

All three were a success today. I really thought about a pass day but couldn’t convince myself I really needed a day off so instead I kept going despite a few obstacles2

Tracking was my rescuer today! I went to a high school graduate's open house. His relatives are very close to me and my family. His grandmother had prepared a lot of my favorite traditional comfort foods. Once I tracked my numbers, there was only 112 calories left for the rest of the day. I made that work! Glad to have the goodies and glad to not eat more.
Calories: under my personal limit by a slim but significant margin
Exercise: treadmill walking as it rained most of the day.5 -

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES✅ - although ordered a salad bowl out and had to add each item once by one and eye-ball it; but it was all salad & veg & without dressings, so was okay.
A third the way through the month and so-far, so-good! I hope I can keep this up over the next 10 days.

Tracking, tracking, tracking
I got a lot of exercise calories today. Mr Wizard is telling me upwards of 1200. I can only do that a couple or three times a week. I am up to 90,000 feet of climbing for this year. So since the year is half gone, I am kind of behind the curve for matching last year's climb.
I put my bike in the shop. Maybe I will get some yard work done.
Reminiscing about the camping trip that I am going to call Buddy's Birthday.
I met some weird guys there. Maybe I should say interesting instead of weird. Overusing that word. These guys were spending their summer hiking the Continental Divide Trail. That is a 3,000 mile trail from like Canada to Mexico or vice versa.
Weird or unusual is that in my lifetime I would ever meet people doing such a thing.
I guess I am off of the couch.
Bike in the shop - I got anxiety over that. So tomorrow I am getting their rent bike for $50. It is like a 3,000 dollar bike. Something I couldn't really justify buying at my age. It'd be like buy an expensive bike just in time for my knee to be saying "I am done with all of that."
But renting it, I can experience the fancy bike the kids are poking around on.

Intentional pass day today. Kids are visiting and we took them up The Strip for a birthday meal. They’re out of college now and will be off our books by August, now that’s worth celebrating!1 -

PASS - CAMPING WEEKEND!
Exercise: Yes - 15 minutes mowing the lawn + 15 unloading camping gear.
Calories: No, didn't plan on making this a pass day, but I was still so tired from my hike the day before that I found it hard to care about staying within calories. Ended up getting fast food and then going to the movies & snacking.
Tracked: Yes, recorded everything.1
