Ive ordered a spiralizer online because i want reduce my carb intake but im wondering if anyone else has one? and could you recommend a recipe?

    I love my spiralizer! I don't really have any recipes. I mainly spiralize either zucchini, sweet potato, white potato and I've even done red pepper and onions and then just cook them in a pan with cooking spray and add what ever sauce my family is having with their pasta. Very filling and I don't miss spaghetti to be honest.

    Thats good! i wondered if it was filling if you replaced pasta, ill try that. I like the sound of sweet potato.. ill be spiralizing everything i think :smiley:

    I have a spiralizer and i love it! Try it with cored apples, you wont be sorry.

    Yellow squash
    Cucumbers
    Eggplant
