Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

It's mid-month and it's time to celebrate whatever good things you are experiencing because of your good/better/thoughtful eating, exercise and tracking.
I was happy yesterday when I put on one of my suits and the waistband of the slacks was a bit more comfortable.
In addition, it feels great to have begun my path back to better strength and cardio-fitness. I made progress this week.8 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5km in 40mins (half of which was carrying luggage to travel home)

Travelled home. Airline stuffed up meal preference when they cancelled my flight and had to re-book me on another flight. Late light dinner when I finally got home.
I got home safe, so it's not all bad.
Will see what the food struggles of the week's have done to my weight in the morning.
@RangerRickL. Yay! NSV day today.
My NSV for the week was getting out an walking over the bridge and back each night while in Sydney this week (this is not a short trek from where I was staying). Each time got easier (and faster) than the previous time.9 -

I am now more motivated after yesterday's PASS day. Hope I can see the month through!
My NSV is definitely this challenge. I had stopped consistently logging in April & May, and now I am back in the MFP groove, and it just feels good. I feel I am in control of my nutrition again. These 3 simple daily goals are making me go that little bit extra each day, and be more mindful each day. It feels great and I can feel my energy coming back. I just feel more content as I feel more of a sense of being in control of my day-to-day life. I think by the end of the month though, there will be good news on the scales as well8 -

Beautiful day in Florida today! Had to catch up on a bunch at home from being out of town. Tried to take a break and go boating but a terrible storm came through. Plan to try again Sunday.
My NSV...tried on an old skinny pair of jeans and they fit! Also I'm feeling good in my swimsuit on the beach, and getting compliments. I'm very happy with my progress. Forcing myself to stay the course to reach my goals. I think I will make my June benchmark by the end of the month as planned as long as I keep doing what I'm doing.8 -

Exercise? Yes, 30 minute walk instead of the usual hour.
Calories? Within allowance for today
Tracked? Everything logged.
My NSV is 44 days of logging in. The consistency will stop shortly as we prepare for a travel adventure.
Hoping I also helped inspire a victory today for my former employer. He is making progress, albeit slowly, recovering as an inpatient from an auto accident which occurred last June. It was so very nice to visit with him today and see him able to manipulate a wheelchair, unassisted, for even a short distance. A brilliant mind trapped in a broken body has been an extreme challenge for him. As always, wishing him the strength for continued perseverence and recovery.6 -
All 3 are yes
NSV... I have been trying to eliminate my sweet tooth. Went to my sons favorite bakery for donuts (well not exactly but it’s kids like it), ate one, and felt sick. Too much sugar! Last time we went I ate 2 and wanted more5 -

I took the day off and really enjoyed being home on the farm. My grand-daughter, Lucy, came in the late afternoon and I was her horseback riding instructor. Both she and the new horse, Charlie, worked very well together. It was 90 degrees F. this afternoon, so it was a very sweaty time to do exercise. I spent an hour before my granddaughter arrived riding the horse. He is a delightful friendly horse.
Tracking: good
Calories: just under the limit.7 -

NSV : I lent my friend my ‘waist leash’ to try as she’s thinking of getting a second dog. Having to walk our guest as well as our own, we could have done with it. However, I took one of the 6’ leashes and looped it round my waist with enough length left on it to walk Poppy comfortably.
Almost everyday there is something positive related to my UAC journey, that’s just today’s!4
